A big fish has the capability to pull any
board down especially if it is on a short lead from the bait to the
snap on the board. I use the TX-22 for at least 70-80% of the
fishing I do and the other percentage is made up between the 6, 12
and the 24 Walleye Board. I think diving has a lot to do with the
manner and position you may be fighting the fish and retrieving
line. I generally try to keep about a 45 degree angle on the rod
with the tip of the board just angled back so it is sticking out of
the water on a 45-60 degree angle. For me I haven’t seen a problem
with the way I use them, but anytime you switch to something
new you may have to make adjustments. I love them! They have been
awesome!
